FedEx Ground & FedEx Home Delivery problems.

I am changing over from UPS to FedEx. I am running into a BIG problem.

There are two shipping methods that I am dealing with.

FedEx Ground: Is for Commercial delivery locations.
FedEx Home Delivery: Is for Residential delivery locations.

The problem is that if a customer selects FedEx Ground as their method and do not select the check box for “Commercial Location”. Then an error comes up in the checkout process that does not charge shipping, and allows the customer to continue with payment.

You could add a java script to the page that when/if the shipping method selected is FedEx ground, that the commercial address box is automatically checked.  If you want to get "fancy", you can even make it so that the field is hidden when FedEx ground is selected so that the user doesn't have the option of subsequently unchecking the box and/or have a pop up alert that suggests they choose FedEx Home Deliver in lieu of FedEx Ground if they're shipping to a residential address and are attempting to uncheck the box.

We used Jim Whitesell from Proi in the past to create some custom scripts for us. For some time now, we have been unable to get hold of him.
Can anyone recommend someone to do this for us? Keep in mind that our checkout pages are pretty heavy with JavaScript’s because of our unique needs.
